Privacy Policy
Varsity Data stores account information and Wingman conversations so the service can provide conversation history, maintain context, investigate safety and reliability issues, and improve answer quality.
Conversation data
Wingman conversations may contain your prompts, the assistant's answers, structured artifacts, feedback, and technical metadata. Access to conversation content is restricted to the account owner and authorized Varsity personnel with a business need.
Archive and removal
Archiving hides a conversation from your active history and can be reversed. Delete from history removes it permanently from your account view. Varsity may retain a restricted copy after removal for safety, fraud prevention, quality review, legal obligations, and model improvement.
Service and model improvement
Eligible conversations may be de-identified, automatically screened for personal information and secrets, reviewed under access controls, and included in versioned quality or model-improvement datasets. Raw conversation content is not written to product telemetry.
Privacy choices
Privacy exclusions and verified erasure requests prevent affected content from entering future training datasets. Where deletion is legally required, Varsity will remove or anonymize eligible production records and track their lineage in future dataset versions.
